Cleaning service rates

For general house cleaning, the following rates are available. For special cleaning such as curtain cleaning, marble polishing, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, disinfection, exterior cleaning and gardening, the following rates are available.

For small projects we recommend at least 2 people.

If you only need 1 person, we may not provide cleaning supplies and equipment (ladder, vacuum cleaner, etc.)

Transportation: Free within 5 km from our office (Sukhumvit/Pattaya, Thailand) 100B from 5 to 10 km. 200B from 10 to 20 km.

All our prices are inclusive of 7% VAT, but may not appear on your receipt. However, we always collect VAT.

Terms and Conditions of Service

Normal working hours for on-site projects: 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:30. If your project is located more than 20 km from our office, we will have to leave early and finish early.
Additional charges of 150 THB/hour/person may apply.
In the event that the project is completed ahead of schedule, employees may leave the client’s home early if permitted by the client. If the client wishes to clean on Sundays and public holidays, an additional charge of 250 THB/person/job may apply.
The company will provide its own cleaning equipment and cleaning solution.
Other cleaning items such as carpets, accessories, artwork are not included in the regular cleaning. If the client wishes to have them cleaned, the client must inform the company manager in advance.
If items are lost during cleaning: We may compensate the client if any items are reported missing within 24 hours of cleaning. Compensation will only occur if there is sufficient reason to believe that the item was lost during our operations. Compensation is limited to 10,000 THB per lost item and not to exceed 15,000 THB per working day.

Very dirty project / or feces cleaning
